Terms of Service

Last update: November 3, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of Nexlab, the customer-conversation, sales, booking and website platform operated by Nexlab from Panama ("Nexlab", "we"), including the web dashboard, the mobile apps, the websites we host and the nexlab.dev site (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, using the Services or accepting a commercial proposal from Nexlab, you agree to these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Accounts and access

Our team onboards each business and sets up its access. You are responsible for activity on your business's accounts, for keeping credentials secure, and for telling us right away at support@nexlab.dev if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages, infringe the rights of others, publish illegal, misleading or harmful content, get around technical or security limits, or break the policies of the channels you connect (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram). We may suspend access or content that breaks these rules.

Your data and your customers' data

Your business keeps ownership of its content and its customers' data. The business decides how that data is used and is responsible for having a legal basis to process it and for informing its customers; Nexlab processes it on the business's behalf to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party integrations

Some features rely on third-party services you connect, such as messaging channels, payment processors or Google Calendar. Their use is also governed by those third parties' terms, and their availability is outside our control. Data we receive from Google APIs is handled as described in the "Google user data" section of the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

Artificial intelligence

The Services use AI models to draft replies, assist your team and automate tasks. Generated replies can contain mistakes; the business sets its instructions, can review conversations, and is responsible for what is communicated to its customers on its behalf. A business can turn AI off at any time.

Pricing and payment

Prices, recurring charges and payment terms are those in the proposal, plan or invoice agreed with your business. If a payment is overdue, we may limit or suspend the Services after notifying you.

Intellectual property

Nexlab keeps all rights in the platform, its software and its brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while your account is active.

Availability and changes to the Services

We work to keep the Services available at all times, but we do not guarantee they will be free of interruptions or errors. We may change, improve or retire features; if a change materially affects a feature you use, we will give you reasonable notice.

Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time by writing to support@nexlab.dev. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms. On termination, you can ask for your business's data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is", and Nexlab is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data. Our total liability to your business is limited to what it paid for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Panama City, without prejudice to any rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last update" date; if the change is material, we will notify businesses by email or in the dashboard.
